Chef Andriani, a graduate of the French Culinary School in Nice, and his expert team of sous chefs have perfected the art of pairing the classic and the modern, the original and the trendy, into creative and delicious signature dishes, matched with professional and friendly staff services. The chef and the founder participate in culinary societies and annually hire consulting chefs to further enhance the incredible expertise in their specialty. Originally titled Mansions Catering, Green was added to the name in honor of the 35th Anniversary year, as Green signifies the way in which we are constantly renewing our passion for our professional services.
